Black Tea Cherry Ice Pops

While we sell really good frozen fruit bars here, we also have Frost Pop Makers and this recipe with FRESH dark Cherries looks wonderful.

BLACK TEA CHERRY ICE POPS

  • 2 Tbsp loose-leaf black tea, or 3 tea bags
  • 1 C Hot Water
  • 3 Tbsp Honey
  • 3 C pitted dark sweet cherries, divided

Steep tea in hot water for a minimum of 5 minutes, but no longer than 10 minutes. When the tea is done steeping, discard loose tea or tea bags.
In a blender, combine tea, honey and 2 cups cherries, and blend until smooth, Then pulse in the remaining cup of cherries until the mixture is slightly chunky. Pour the mixture into ice pop molds and freeze according to mold instructions.
